KRC strives to be an innovative company providing facilitation services across the UK and Europe. To this end KRC developed 'Catapult' to enable projects to 'ramp up' in a quick a time as possible.
The concept behind Catapult is to run intensive dual facilitated events over a period of 5 to 10 days to enable a project to go from the initial go ahead to a point where specialist product delivery could be specified or even started.
In a DSDM environment this would typically mean completing the Feasibility Study and the Business Study within a couple of weeks. If the environment was Prince2 this would equate to completing 'SU' and 'IP' in such a way that a PID would be ready for approval.
