Setting up a project environment and putting in place controls and governance is one part of a successful project. However, it is only half of the story - the other half is project delivery. KRC offer two delivery systems.
Agile - a very aggressive state of the art approach to projects where requirements are unclear and the culture can accept a more emergent or convergent approach.
Regular - a more defensive outlook which anticipates the need to predict in advance project requirements which may be needed for such things as fixed price contracts.
