KRC offer this service to new or existing customers who may wish to take stock of where they are with their project delivery process in part or in whole. This may be due to problems or inefficiencies which are occurring or to check that any training or mentoring in the past has been embedded correctly.
The objective of the process health check is to ascertain which areas of the existing process are working and which areas need to be improved. This is carried out through a series of facilitated interviews with several members of staff.
Each assessment produces a report which can vary in formality depending on the needs of the customer. Feedback can be given interactively in a clinic style. Alternatively a document can be produced if there is a need for it to be of further use e.g. to complement a business case.
