Since its formation in 1997 KRC has helped hundreds of companies to improve the management of their projects and the processes behind them.

KRC specialises in methodologies and process improvement by integrating the three disciplines of project management, process best practice and facilitation.

Originally concentrating on the I.T. sector, KRC became specialists in ‘agile’ approaches such as DSDM (Dynamic Systems Development Method) which became the de facto standard for Rapid Application Development (RAD).

When I.T. project management approaches such as PRINCE became more generic in the form of PRINCE2, KRC widened its remit and encapsulated the larger ‘heavyweight’ approaches applicable to any project.

The final ingredient to the mixture is Facilitation. When correctly harnessed it make the difference between project success and project failure.

The result of this was the realisation that most projects could run very successfully using the best of breed from each of these disciplines.

KRC is one of the leading UK consultancies in the introduction and development of the hybrid method of running PRINCE2 and DSDM in tandem. This has resulted in the publication of the book 'Agile Project Management: running PRINCE2 projects with DSDM Atern' by Keith RIchards published by TSO.
