With the popularity of DSDM rising it has become increasingly important that DSDM is trained and deployed in the right way. A lot of DSDM is regarded as common sense but in reality it is rarely common practice. There is a lot more to DSDM than meets the eye because many of its more powerful components are actually the opposite of what you would normally expect to do.
