We offer the following courses to support organisations using DSDM Atern:

DSDM Atern Practitioner (DSDMP)

3 day non-residential practical course covering all aspects of DSDM Atern with optional Foundation exam on the third day.

Optional Foundation exam is £110 + vat extra per delegate.

DSDM Atern Awareness (DSDMA)

1 day overview covering all aspects of DSDM Atern.

DSDM Atern and PRINCE2 (DSDM+P2)

1 day overview describing the strengths of each method, how they can be combined and the benefits of integrating these approaches.

Timeboxing (TMBX)

1 day practical course covering the theory of timeboxing and its practical application.

Facilitation Fundamentals (FACF)

3 day practical course giving a detailed analysis of the fundamentals of facilitation. The course then uses mini-workshops to apply this knowledge.

DSDM Atern Conversion and Refresher (DSDMCR)

1 day overview covering recent changes to DSDM enabling delegates to upgrade or refresh their existing DSDM knowledge.

Each one is available on the public schedule or can be run on-site.
